On your end, because of the temporary "soft hold" you will show the funds as removed, but the Payment Provider still has the responsibility to deposit the money. 

The majority of the time, your money is not deposited into our account immediately, because they have up to 48hrs after your purchase to make the deposit. 

The majority of the Payment Providers do take up to 24hrs before the deposit is complete. 

Once the funds are deposited into our account by your Payment Provider, we then place the order with the manufacturer.

The shipping timeframe begins when we have the funds deposited into our account.

We will send you an email once the funds are deposited and the order is placed for your product.

Within 48hrs of that, you will receive Tracking Details for your package.
